During the online booking you need to agree to the Rules and Regulations. All guests and visitors are required to observe them strictly. In case of damage of glamping property, charges shall apply amounting to the cost of the damages.
The Alliance Glamping reserves the right to amend and supplement the Rules and Regulations.
I. RECEPTION Glamping Alliance is HiTech oriented and has no reception. Reservations are made directly at www.glamping-alliance.com. The prices are broken down in detail so that you can choose and pay only for what you will use. When you make your reservation, you can choose both the type of accommodation and all the additional options that the complex offers. You can also add additional options later through the account that is created at the time of booking. The system works with online payment only.
II.ACCESS All areas in Glamping Alliance are accessed with a QR code. After a successful reservation, you will receive in your e-mail a PDF file with the requested number of QR codes. You can use QR codes, both printed on paper and on the screen of a mobile phone.
The doors in the motel and the houses have a light indication: green when the door is unlocked, red when it is locked. Locking a door in the motel is only possible if it is closed. Unlocking and locking the doors in the motel is done by scanning a QR code - each scan unlocks or locks the door, depending on whether it is locked or unlocked.
When more than 1 guest is accommodated in a room, everyone receives a personal QR code. If one of the Guests leaves the room and locks it, after 15 seconds the lighting in the room stops because it recognizes that there is no one in the room. The guest, who has stayed in the room, must press the Lights button, which is located right next to the door, and so they will be able to use all the amenities of the room again.
If you leave the room, please make sure you lock it!
The elevator also starts with a QR code, and each guest has access to the floor on which he is accommodated, to level 0 (Reception) and to level -1 (if you have a reservation for the SPA center).
Please do not share and show your QR codes, because this is your key!
III. PRICES You can see the prices for all services on the following pricelist.

IV. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT 1. Check-in at the motel and glamping houses is after 2 pm. Please note that the codes will not work before 2 pm and you cannot enter the Glamping. If you need earlier check-in, you should contact the reception in advance and they will help you if possible. 2. Check-out of the motel and glamping houses is until 12pm. Note that the codes will not work after that time. If you want late check-out, you must contact the reception in advance to assist you if the room is not booked for the day. Late check-out from 2 pm until 6 pm is charged 30% of the room value. Late check-out after 6 pm is charged the value of 1 night in the respective room type.
V. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before the date of check-in.
